A counselor and health coach based in Canada providing service to persons with health issues with a leaning towards mental health. my interest to serve people like myself is what brought me to the field. As a youngster I didnt have anyone to guide me. Now that I am 38, I want to help those who dont have others to support them. I have a certificate inTransactional Analysis(Santhwana Institute of Counseling) as well as pursuing peer support work (Peerworks, Canada certification https://www.peerworks.ca/) and other certifications in the field. I base most of my counsel on my self-study. I also read through 100s of books and constantly upgrade myself on health and mental wellness, so I can help you.
